Knowing who we are is so essential to our walk in life…it gives us the confidence of knowing we belong; it cultivates a mindset that we are born with purpose and unique gifthings to fulfill the plan of God to establish His Kingdom, ‘on earth as it is in heaven’ – through us…
Everyone needs a point of reference in every season that declares: “this is who I am…” it is the constant that keeps you focused on what the Holy Spirit says about you in spite of what anyone else may say.
Deception is not validated by the person who speaks a lie…deception is validated by the person that believes the lie… Everyone needs to hear God declare their identity…It is the point of reference in our life that refutes the voices of deception and declares truth.
If we want to live out all that God has for us, we need to first know who we are in Christ. Identity is not a feeling… ‘not feeling it’ does not change who God already says you are…
You are who He says you are!
You are a deliberate part of God’s plan and not an accident! He made you intricately, loves you unconditionally, and watches over you unceasingly! When we truly know who we are in Christ, we access the authority, power and resources that are available to us.
